This is the color right now! Everyone loves the vibrant shades that direct dyes have to offer. When considering this kind of look you should know a couple facts:
- This kind of color last 3-4 weeks
- In order for this color to show up on dark hair it must be pre-lightened, washed well and then the vibrant color applied over the pre-lightened hair and processed for 45min-60min for maximum deposit
- On naturally light hair you must process this color with heat so that it penetrates
- This color MUST be rinsed with COOL to COLD water (Cold water seals the cuticle which seals in the color. Hot water will open the cuticle and cause the color rinse out.)
- We suggest that you wash your hair once or twice a week to keep your color longer and help maintain the vibrancy longer. The less you wash it the longer it lasts.
- Last but not least ALWAYS wash you hair in COOL water.
When washing your hair use these tips too...
- Scrub your scalp with the pads of your fingers and slide hands down your hair strands do NOT scrub the shaft of your hair. (Scrubbing will ruff up and raise the cuticle.)
* AND A RAISED CUTICLE IS NOT A SEALED CUTICLE AND WILL CAUSE YOUR COLOR TO FADE!
