**Corrective Color is a serious process that should not be taken lightly! Just as you would never launder a silk blouse with harsh detergents, the same concept applies to correcting color. It is crucial that we take the appropriate steps to maintain the health and integrity of your hair during the corrective process. Special color extractors, protein and moisture treatments, and varying color techniques may be applied. Corrective color is a minimum of two hours but depending on the severity of the correction could be many more.  We respect your time and budget and will not perform any unnecessary step. Please be honest when describing what is currently on your hair so that your stylist can best predict the outcome.  We advise color correction services be performed by an upper level stylist who has had more advanced training.  

 

Please note that your stylist is not able to know the exact makeup of the materials used for your  at home color and therefore, is unable to guarantee the outcome. For this reason re-do's will not be performed nor will refunds be given. You will be given a prescription for your home hair care regime that will help to promote healthy hair and protect your new color.
