Each service provider has their own unique talents and strengths that compliment the Sorella team. If you are dis-satisfied with a service providers services, please contact us and allow us the opportunity to work through the issue with you. Sorella Hair Studio will do our best to get you back in the salon within 24hrs with the same service provider at no additional cost. We want you to be a raving fan.  

 

We are on a performance based level system that reflects the demand on the stylist time.  If you are dis-satisfied with a lower level's service and want a higher level stylist to "fix" the issue, you will be asked to pay the difference in the level pricing.  

 

Understanding the Fresh Talent level:

Fresh Talent Stylist in our company are newer to the industry and working to grow their business. We do not put any stylist on the floor straight out of school. Each new hire must go through our associate program, which is considered a "master's" program of education. Once they have earned the right to start taking guests, they are allowed to do so. When scheduling with a Fresh Talent Stylist, please be mindful that their timing is longer than other levels, and they may ask a higher level stylist for help with something they do not understand. You will be taken care of 100% and if your Fresh Talent Stylist does not know the answer to your hair question, they are able to pull over someone who does. 

 

When scheduling with a higher level stylist, you are getting advanced education and technique! Higher level stylist often have an associate working with them, and do to their level, they have more demand on their time so reserving your next appointment before you leave is highly reccomended.
