APPOINTMENTS

Credit card information is required to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call  24  hours in advance. This provides our other clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment.
if you cancel  with less than 24 hours notice you may be subject to a 50% charge unless another apointment can be placed at this time . If an appointment is missed without canceling or rescheduling, your credit card will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do everything we can to accommodate, but please keep in mind you may have to wait or reschedule.
If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us promptly. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of your initial appointment. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.



PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES

We accept cash as well as  credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we are unable provide cash back on credit card charges. Gratuity is not included and must be paid in cash . We cannot add gratuity to credit card charges.
