Ashleigh is attracted to the trendy and creative talent that comes from Salon Ethos, and enjoys the fun, positive energy of the stylists and the team. A Newport native, she's worked in a salon environment since 2006, and has been with the salon since 2014. She's pursued education in the Summit business environment as well as attending Redken Symposium and BareMinerals, Redken, and Pureology classes. "Keeping everyone organized and happy can be trying at times, but at the end of the day, my role at the salon is so rewarding," she said. "I have never been happier in any position." She especially loves seeing the fantastic transformations of styles during client services – "Before-and-afters are my favorites!"
