Upon your arrival
Please stay in your vehicle.You will receive a text message 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Click the link when you arrive TO CHECK IN OR give us a call. Once your stylist is ready, you will receive notification to enter the salon via text.
Wellness
We ask that you are symptom free. (cough, fever, runny nose, nausea, etc.) If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have had Covid-19 or have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19 in the prior 5 days, we kindly ask that you reschedule. Face masks are optional. We encourage our staff and each guest to assess their personal level of risk and do whichever brings them the most comfort. Your stylist will happily adhere to your level of comfort and wear a mask if you like
Gift Certificates
Gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount. All gift card purchases are valid one year from the date of purchase. They can be transferred to another person if you wish. They can be created here online at the gift certificate tab, mailed directly to you or purchased in a salon.
Refunds/ Exchanges
. We do not offer refunds for hair services but we will happily work with you to make it right! Should you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 7 days. We will do our best to achieve your goals at no additional charge. We offer full dollar amount returns on products purchased within 30 days. After 30 days, we will happily exchange or give a salon credit.
Children and Additional guests.
We love kids, families and friends, but for everyone's safety and salon experience, we kindly ask that no visitors come with you to your appointment unless they have an appointment as well.
Cancellation Policy
We certainly understand life happens... To protect the livelihood of our stylists and to give maximum opportunity to all interested guests, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We require a credit card to be placed on file to secure service appointments. If proper notification is not given, a $50 fee will result. No show no call guests will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service. Guests that are habitually late, cancel without proper notice or no-show appointments may be required to prepay for 100% of their scheduled services before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
We try our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner. Being late makes it challenging to effectively do that and provide a great experience for all our guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Payments and Gratuities
All payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards and checks. Returned checks incur a $25 fee. Gratuities are always appreciated but never required or accepted. Should you choose to gift your stylist with a tip, we prefer cash. We have envelopes at our front desk so they know it came from you. Friendly referrals are also a great way to show your stylist's appreciation too.
