Brassfields Salon and Day Spa has been serving Tacoma, University Place and greater Seattle community since 1980.  As a team we have passion and integrity in the services we provide. The service providers at Brassfields are on the cutting edge of the industry. We are continuously seeking a higher level of professionalism and craftsmanship through advanced education and training. Our commitment is to assist you in discovering and maintaining your natural beauty by considering your personal taste and lifestyle. Commitment To Service

The staff and management at our Tacoma hair salon and spa is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice.   Please note that if it is not within 24 hours, 50% of the total services will be billed. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services at our Tacoma hair salon and spa and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can purchase gift cards online and have it mailed to the recipient.

Children

It is our goal to create a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. We realize certain places are appropriate for adults and hope you will understand this too. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa unless attending scheduled appointment.

Cellular Phones

Upon arrival in the spa, please turn off the ringer to your cellular phone in consideration of others.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, debit cards, VISA, mastercard or American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

We are actively involved with our community's events and charities whether it is through gift certificates or donations of our time, Brassfields Salon and Spa have a strong commitment to our community.
