Juvederm
Hyaluronic acid is one of the major components of younger looking skin; however, as we age, the amount of hyaluronic acid the body naturally produces diminishes. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid filler and the first and only injectable gel to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It is designed to instantaneously add volume to the cheek area of the face as well as smooth out moderate to deep wrinkles around the nose and mouth. Results are immediate and typically last four to twelve months, depending on the location injected and the individual patient.
