Massage Therapist

 

 

Lizz received education from Moberly Area Community College and Indian Hills Community College.  She has learned several massage techniques including but not limited to Swedish massage, Peasant-Style Thai massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Facilitated Stretching.  She utilizes  many techniques learned from those modalities to give her clients the most relaxing massage while also trying to help reap the therapeutic benefits of soft tissue manipulations during client appointments.  Lizz looks forward to giving clients a relaxing and beneficial experience!
