Cancellation Policy

From November 16 through December 26 our No Show/Rescheduling policy will be strictly enforced in an effort to accommodate as many guests as possible during our busy holiday season. 

Late Arrivals
We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind.  Depending on the service you've reserved for that day and the timing required; if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we may not be able to fulfill your entire service request.  In some cases we may ask you to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest.
