We know our clients are busy, and we work hard to get you in and out on time, while providing the best possible experience and maximizing our time with you. If you’re running behind for any reason, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, while also considering our other clients.

The best way to ensure your appointment time of choice is available is to pre-book your next appointment each time you visit the salon.If you’re unable to make your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours’ advance notice so that we can make that time available for other clients on our Preferred Client List. Repeat no-shows and untimely cancellations may be asked to pre-pay with a credit card.
