Please help us to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests by following these guidelines.

Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out our Guest information form, change into a smock, have a beverage, and unwind before your services.

We happily provide smocks to protect your clothing from chemical damage. Please remove your shirt before putting on a smock. If you do not decide to change into a smock, please understand that Déa Salon + Boutique will not be responsible for clothing damage during your visit.

Late Arrival
Your time here is very important to us and our Artisans strive to always be on time for your scheduled appointment. In order to ensure that we are ready for your visit upon your arrival, each guest’s timeliness is crucial.

While we will make every effort, should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete any or all of your scheduled services for that day.

Cell Phones
While we understand the importance of staying connected, we ask that all cell phones be turned to vibrate and calls are kept to a minimum. If you must take a call, please do not use the speaker option on your phone- as this may be an imposition to other guests.

While we adore children, we are not able to offer child care during appointments. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers at Déa Salon + Boutique. Please remember that most drawers contain sharp objects that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. We would like to request children, that cannot be held in a carrier and are not receiving services, to remain in the front waiting area with an adult.

Déa Salon + Boutique accepts Cash, Personal Checks and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for payment of services and products. A fee of $25 will be charged on any returned checks.

Déa Salon + Boutique proudly stands behind all Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, One Styling, and Mirabella Makeup products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any hairstyling product or makeup purchased at Déa Salon + Boutique, we will gladly exchange the product purchased for another product of your choice or offer credit for future product purchases within 30-days. All sales are final on brushes, clips, candles, jewelry , boutique and product clearance items. All appliances (flat irons, hair dryers, etc.) may be returned with all packaging and all contents within 14-days of purchase date.

Hairdressing is a form of artistic impression. We, at Déa Salon + Boutique, welcome the creativity and individuality of our Artisans. They are committed to their art as well as serving you, our guest. If you are dissatisfied with one of our Artisans, please feel free to contact us within 7-days of your service date. We would like the opportunity to work through it with you. It may be something simple that can be remedied easily by the same stylist or you may find a better fit with one of our other Artisans. Either way, we want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Our team encourages you to try a service with whomever you like. Please remember we cannot get better without your feedback. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction.

Pricing may vary slightly depending on these factors: Artisan Level, Time + Product used. Complimentary consultations may be scheduled and are also included prior to a service. We encourage all guests to solicit an accurate price quote from your Artisan before having a service performed. We want you to feel comfortable with the pricing, so you can relax and enjoy your visit with us.

Only one discount may be used per service or product purchased per visit. Discounted products or services are not subject to further discount. Multiple session packages are discounted and therefore no additional discounts/coupons can be accepted on packages or series.
