Appointments
To ensure all aspects of your services are received, being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service.
Cancellations
Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. A no-show on a scheduled package day will result in forfeiture of gift certificate. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift certificates, but are always greatly appreciated.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient. You may also purchase them at the front desk of the salon.
