Q: Are membership treatments available any day and time?
A: Your Monthly Membership Treatment can be used anytime during regular business hours Monday –
Saturday depending on availablility.
Q: Can I pre-book my appointment?
A: YES! We recommend you pre-book your next Member Treatment while you are checking out, so you are sure to have the date and time that works best for your schedule.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my monthly member treatment?
A: Please kindly give us 24 hours’ notice by calling to reschedule your service. If you “no show” your
monthly membership service, it will count as your service for that month.
Q: What if I am not able to use my monthly service? Does it carry over?
A: Our membership program was designed so that your skin may improve from consistent, professional skin care services. Missing a month will reduce the overall appearance and health of your skin. We will allow you to carry membership services over. Membership treatments that are not used in the month will rollover and can be used for 12 months after charged date. You may use one rollover per month.
Q: What can I use my 15% Off Spa Treatment discount on?
A: This discount can be used on any regular priced service performed in the spa (i.e. pedicure, manicure, wax, spray tan).
Q: Is my 10% discount on Skincare products only available the day I have my Membership Treatment?
A: No. You can apply the discount to any regular priced skincare purchase you make any day of the year throughout the term of your membership.
Q: Can I combine other offers with my membership?
A: Memberships and their benefits cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
Q: Can I share my membership with someone else?
A: Memberships are non-transferable.
Q: What if I would like to come in more than once a month?
A: You can come in as often as you like. Membership pricing is available to you throughout your membership term.
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
A: All memberships are a minimum of 3 months. After 3 months you can cancel your membership with a
30 day advance written notice. Upon cancellation, any unused membership treatments and all membership benefits are forfeited.
