Guest Considerations

 

  • Yacht Club Salon recommends that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to guarantee your ideal date and time.
  • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment.
  • Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products purchased at our salon are used. Please contact us if you are unsatified within one week of your service.                                      
  • Manicure and Pedicure services are guaranteed for up to one week. Please call within seven days of your original service if you are unsatisfied.
  • Please inform your service providers if you are taking any medications prior to service. Some medications may alter chemical and skin services.
  • In our salon, for your peace of mind and that of other guests, please bring children to the salon ONLY if they have an appointment. All children must be attended at all time for safety.
  • Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased on this website, in the salon or by phone. Our front desk will be happy to create a custom gift card for all your needs. Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Not all of our service providers accept all payments types. Please inquire with the front desk if you have questions about forms of payment with your service provider.
  • A credit card number is required to reserve wedding services and / or three or more spa services.  In the event you are unable to keep your appointments, A TWO WEEK cancellation notice is required or a fee wil be imposed for each reserved service.
  • If there is a specific service you do not see on our menu, please inquire with our front desk as we are happy to help customize your salon experience.
