Behind the Scenes : Considerations

For spa services, please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself adequate time to prepare. Your promptness is appreciated. All treatments will end at the scheduled time.

For your convenience, we suggest making reservations for appointments well in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Please be considerate of our business opportunities by rescheduling appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and the full price for missed spa services without notification.

Plush terry robes and footwear are available for all spa services (for both male and female).

Lockers are available for your convenience. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property. Please leave valuables at home.

Smocks/T-shirts are conveniently located in the salon changing area for men and women for all hair services.

Our relaxation lounge is available for you to unwind either by yourself or with a friend in between services. You may also enjoy light food service at this time.

We are here to accommodate your needs as a team. Please do not feel as if a stylist will be offended if you choose to try the talents of another team member.

Gratuities are added to spa packages only.

Due to safety concerns and in consideration of our spa guests, children are not permitted in the spa. We ask that children visit only when receiving services.

To provide a healthy, comfortable environment for all our guests, a no smoking policy is in effect.

Please inform our staff if you are pregnant, have allergies, have recently undergone surgery, have special needs or any other concerns.

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

We are always interested in hearing how we may serve you better. Please feel free to submit your confidential suggestions/comments. We take feedback very seriously and will carefully consider all remarks.
