Guest Coordinator-Part Time

They are the “first responder” to all guests and manage the entire process before, during and after our guests service experience. They are committed to serving our guests with additional products and services to ensure that all of their needs are met. They are a stand for company growth and profitability. They are meticulous, conscientious and uphold all company systems and structures. Customer service is their calling. Guest coordinators are world-class professionals, organized, detail oriented and effective communicators.They are committed to doing what it takes to accomplish the company goals, targets and objectives.

Hours: Approx. 10 Hours/Week, plus every other Saturday

 

Requirements: Candidate must be flexible, attend monthly staff meetings, have experience scheduling appointments and strong computer skills. Previous salon experience encouraged.
