Spa Etiquette

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your sched uled appointment so you can check in at the reception desk, visit the restroom, and meet your therapist.
•  

• Pagers and cellular phones invade the tranquil atmosphere we create during your services. They are not allowed in the spa.
•  

• Please feel free to dress comfortably with minimal make-up and jewelry. If you are receiving a pedicure, remember to bring sandals or open-toed shoes. If you wear pants, make sure the pant legs can be raised to the calf-level.
•  

• 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services.
•  

• For the safety and comfort of our guests, no children under 12 years are allowed in the spa.
•  

• No smoking is permitted in our Salon or Spa.
