Client Focus

At Salon Oasis and Day Spa, we want you to have a relaxing, memorable experience.  You aren't just our client - you're our guest. In consideration of all our guests, your spa treatment will end as scheduled, even if you arrive late. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to a spa service, and 5 minutes before a salon appointment. This will allow time to complete necessary consultation forms and prepare for your service.  Upon arrival for a spa treatment, you will complete a health history questionnaire to assist spa therapists in providing you the best possible experience, and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. We ask that you do not bring children with you for spa service or extended salon services, both for the safety of the children and the relaxation of each guest. We ask that you turn off your mobile phone while in the spa. While in the salon, please keep your mobile phone on silent mode. Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home.

Cancellation Policy

When you cancel at the last minute, we are unable to fill those time slots, resulting in lost income to our staff. Thank you for understanding that we make our living by providing service to you. We value being chosen to serve you with the finest salon and spa treatments. When making your spa reservations, please have your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover account number ready. We require a guarantee on all spa services. Please notify us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa service to avoid a 50% charge for the service. Please call us for cancellation requirements for group bookings. Spa packages must be guaranteed with a credit card, and spa no-show appointments will be charged at full value.
