For First Time Visitors
If you are a first time visitor we hope your first experience at our spa is a truly enjoyable one. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment free of any anxiety you may have about visiting our haven of relaxation for the first time.
We encourage you to communicate with our staff should you have any inquiries about our facilities and services.
We have listed some information as well as spa policy for your convenience:
* We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.
* Please confirm pricing with our reservationists while booking your appointment - should you have any gift certificates, coupons or promotions please mention.
* Please arrive at least fifteen -thirty minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to check in and enjoy our facilities in anticipation of your treatment. Our amenities include locker room facilities, dry sauna room, showers and relaxation lounge for your use prior to and post treatment.
* Any appointment arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to longer waiting times due to a disturbance in scheduling - but we always try our best to accommodate all of our guests.
* Our prices do not include gratuities. No guest should feel an obligation to offer a gratuity if the service was dissatisfactory (please let our reception know this occurs). Gratuities generally range from 15%-20% of the original service price . Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service. Small envelopes are available at the reception desk for all gratuities.
* During your treatment let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention towards a specific area. The best treatments will come from communicating with your therapist.
* Selected juices and snacks are available for our guests in the spa relaxation lounge. Please ask your spa host or therapist should you desire an herbal tea.
