Nora will draw your shape first for you to approve before she starts. Colors are customized to match what you desire. If we feel you are not ready and cannot reach a reasonable decision about your eyebrow shape, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This is in your best interest and should be a careful decision you are ready for as permanent application.

IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULT SKIN OR ARE USING IMPROPER SKINCARE, THERE WILL BE CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL TOUCHUPS.

Please Note:

Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure. Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointment.

CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROCEDURE ROOMS VIA THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, THE PROCEDURE ROOMS ARE SMALL AND LIMITED TO 1 EXTRA GUEST IN THE ROOMS BUT HAVE TO BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE. CHILDREN ARE NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE LOBBY AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT SUPERVISION.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are NON-refundable and go towards the cost of procedure but you will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your appointment, no exceptions. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If 2 appointments are missed or canceled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date.… DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN 24HRS.

 

Rescheduling/Late Policy:

**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could

force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is mandatory and the deposit is non-refundable.

If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.

 

Touch ups:

This 2nd touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results.

Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on how much work is to be done.s appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IMPORTANT:

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results.  Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our Pre-Care page to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the Before & Aftercare Directions are a good fit for your lifestyle.

 

Will 3D Hairstroke Eyebrows work well for me?

If you have extremely oily skin, the 3D hairstroke eyebrow technique may NOT work well for you but we are happy to do it for you as long as you have a realistic expectation. The constant production of oil will cause the hairstrokes to heal with a diffused, softer look. Your end result will look more powdered than you would expect.

If you are a frequent smoker, your pigment will fade sooner.

If you are iron deficient or Anemic, your pigment will fade sooner and bleeding/bruising may occur during and after the procedure.

 

Unhealthy compromised skin due to health issues, medications and over use of (anti aging,acne skincare, etc.) are all factors in the outcome. To keep your hair strokes looking good, a refresher appointment is suggested every 1 to 3 years. Results vary with each client.
