Erin has been pursuing excellence in cosmetology since starting at the Pamala Gilmore Salon in 2011. Erin entered the associate program where she had several months of extensive hands on training in cutting, coloring, styling, and the art of consultation. With a background in art, Erin has a fresh eye for color. She has attended many continuing education courses under some of the top artists in the industry. Erin has a passion for up styling and formal styles and loves to make these occasions really special for her guests. Erin loves meeting new clients that want to explore a fresh look. She is always finding new ways to educate herself in her career!
What are you currently working on?
I am continually working on building my business behind the chair. I love to work hard and make each guest’s experience extraordinary.
How do you spend your free time?
I love surrounding myself with friends and family. I also really love music and enjoy going to live concerts and shopping has always been enjoyable to me. I get a lot of my inspiration from the different trends and looks I see.

My guests. I love really getting to know each and every one of them and just having a good time.

How do I approach a haircut?
A thorough consultation, really looking at the clients head shape, natural growth patterns, and face shape. Knowing what they want and need and also showing them how they can achieve the look at home with the correct products and tools.
What advice would you give someone wanting to color their hair for the first time?
The possibilities are endless with professionally colored hair. I like to start off with some pictures, then getting to know the guests lifestyle, daily routine, and most importantly, their willingness to keeping up the look.

Rihanna, Lauren Conrad, Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Williams, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Anniston, and Kim Kardashian.
What inspires me?
Fashion, I love keeping up on the latest looks and how I can apply them to hair!
