Salon Coordinator

When a client told Chris, “No other stylists has been able to give me what I want. When I walked out I felt like a million bucks", she knew she had been able to blend her passion with a career. After graduating from Xenon Academy in Omaha in 2005 Chris took a job as a Manager with Xenon. She was approached by Novel Hair Salon and Spa and she fell in love with the inviting and innovative culture that salon owner, Tamra Becker has created. Novel Hair allows her to blend her education and her experience to grow the salon, one she wants to make the premier choice for clients in the Omaha metro, with her passion for helping stylists reach their full potential.

In addition to managing the day to day activities of the salon, Chris has continued her education by becoming an Aveda Certified stylist. She says she could spend all day doing color and blowouts, they are her favorites.

When she’s not at the salon Chris volunteers for the Children’s Home Society, giving presentations to new foster and adoptive parents and organizing fundraising events. In her spare time, she loves concerts, grilling out with friends and spending long days at the lake.
