Prep

  • Shower, shave and exfoilate
  • Remove make up
  • Do NOT apply lotions or deodorant
  • Waxing, facial treatments, manicures & pedicures should be done atleast 24 hours before
  • Bring dark loose clothing to wear after

 

 Aftercare 

  • Do not get wet or sweat for the first 10-12 hours
  • Refrain from showering for as long as possible, ideally 24 hours
  • First shower is a warm water rinse, NO soap! Gently pat dry with a towel
  • For showers day 3-7 use a gel based soap. Do not use bar soap
  • Mouisturize at least twice dialy with lotion
  • Avoid exfoilating products and make up removers.
