To make a reservation at Impressions Salon and Spa,
please call us at 425-226-6560. 

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance, however we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.  We invite you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time so that we may ensure that you receive a relaxed and non-rushed experience. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Friday      9:30 - 7:00

Saturday      9:00-6:00

A 24 hour notice of cancellations is appreciated for all salon services.  Spa Days require a credit card or gift certificate number at time of reservation.  A 50% deposit is non-refundable without a 24 hour notice of cancellation.

 

Impressions Salon and Spa offers a fine selection of products for your hair and skincare needs.  You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

 

Should you wish to show your service provider your appreciation with a gratuity, you are welcome to do so.  Please note we accept cash gratuities.  Tip envelopes are provided for your convenience at our front desk.  Your comments and suggestions are welcome at any time.  Please feel free to tell us about your experience in our salon and spa.  Comment cards are available at our front desk.
