Cancellation Policy
All Chemical and Color Services now require a CC Hold of 25% of the total service charge to reserve an appointment with our stylists.
This is Valid for all New as well as Returning Guests.
The Hold will only be applied if you are indeed a NoShow on your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
This is Salon Policy.
