Pricing & Payments:
Image Is... Salon uses a level system for our service providers. There are two main goals that are accomplished with our level system. The first is to provide our team with a career path of growth and achievements. The second is to provide several options for our guests to choose from in order to fit their specific needs as well as their budgets.  We accept cash, personal checks,  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We request that you please extend all gratuities in cash as we do not accept gratuities on credit cards. 

"Meet our Staff":
On our "Meet our Staff" page you can read about each stylist's specialties, as well as a short bio. Each stylist has been Redken trained to meet all of your haircare needs. It is important for you to know that the stylist's level of creativity and knowledge is not necessarily related to their years of experience. Each stylist achieves promotions based on several factors:  performance, education, guest retention and overall guest satisfaction. All of our service providers receive or attend continuous education during their entire career with Image Is... Salon.

We schedule appointments according to your stylists' availabilities and specialties. Because every client's experience is important to us, we ask that if you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service. 

Cancellation Policy:

Basic Cancellations:  We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule.  We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations of all appointments. 

Time Intensive Appointment Cancellations:  For apointments with a duration of 2 hours or more, we kindly ask that you give us 48-hour notice to cancel your appointment.  If 48-hours is not given, a fee equal to 50% of the canceled service(s) will be posted to your salon account.  Missed appointments or "no-shows" are subject to a fee in the amount of the full price of the service.  ** Accumulated fees must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.  

Cancellations and "no-shows" leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice.  This notification courtsey enables us to schedule another guest and, in turn, maintains a higher availablity of services for you as well as others.  We hope you understand the need for these policies.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. 

Our salon is a Redken Elite salon, one of less than 300 in the US.   We exclusively carry Redken 5th Avenue and Pureology hair care products. We proudly carry Bioelements skin care, Mirabella cosmetics, in addition to Spa-Ritual & CND nail care products.
