As owner of Hair Benders Salon, Hollie Ferguson-Taylor is a certified REDKEN color expert.  Hollie went to New York City to attend Redken's color certification class and passed with flying colors!  On top of this, she has been given the title from Pureology as a certified Pureologist.  Hollie recieved a bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising and Minor in Marketing at ETSU before deciding to make cosmetology her career. 

Hollie is here to make sure that everything about your visit is perfect. Your decision to visit us is a choice that we deeply appreciate. Hollie constantly strives to deliver the best services and products available in the Kingsport area. If there’s anything that Hair Benders Salon can do to improve your visit, just let Hollie know and it will be handled right away. 

She loves to do fun colors and keep everyone up to date.  Her favorite is dimensional hair color, brow sculpting and make up.  She has done runway make up for Redken and loves the beauty industry with a passion.  This multi-faceted person has learned first hand from her mother and growing up in the salon as a child makes being a skilled stylist natural to her. 

Hollie has traveled to New York, LA and Las Vegas numerous times for symposiums and private training.  She is a member of the National Cosmetology Association.  Was honored to work as a make up artist to the redken symposium 2011 in Las Vegas. Hollie's passions are to help people and animals.  She is a member of the Humane Society of the United States and ASPCA. 

Hollie volunteers for all she can.  She has been a part of the Stand Up for Cancer event in LA and is a fixture at animal shelters.  She even donates monthly to help the animals have a chance at a better life.  So her spectrum is very broad in helping!

She loves the industry and loves for the people around her to love it and want to learn from each other.
