Lori has been the owner of First Impressions Salon and Spa for just over 12 years. Her and her husband Donnie started First Impressions as a small hair salon in Portage, MI in 2001. Since then they have grown to a full service salon and day spa. Along with running the daily activities of the salon, Lori has also been a hairstylist for 19 years. She enjoys being creative while making her clients feel beautiful inside and out.
