New Guests
We invite you to experience a dramatically different salon. At Element, we work as a team to deliver the highest quality color, cut and style services in a friendly, luxurious, and welcoming environment. Please submit the form below, then print and bring the invitation card with you. We hope to see you soon.
- Element Salon would like all guests to be completely satisfied with their service and will offer a correction at no charge if scheduled within 14 days of the original reservation.
- We repectfully request at least 24 hours cancellation notice (48 hours for all smoothing services). After on no-show / no-call or last minute cancellation, a $50 deposit will be required to secure all future reservations.
- Due to the amount of time required to perform a smoothing service, all new guests making a smoothing service reservation will require a $50 deposit, which will go toward the cost of the service or will be forfeited if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
- There will be a $35 service charge on all returned checks.
- If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit us to honor your full service. Your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on time for the rest of our guests.
