Appointments
We have reserved time especially for you, and greatly appreciate your prompt arrival so we may better service you. We do our best to remain on schedule for your appointments and your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

If at any time you have a question regarding your service, pricing or experience, do not hesitate to contact your stylist or someone from our management team.We understand that life happens - If possible, please let us know at least 24-hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time. To protect the livelihood of our team, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the original appointment price to the card provided during the booking process. All “No Show” appointments will result in 100% charge of the booked service. All spa packages require a 48 hour notice. If multiple No Shows or Cancelations occur we will require a 50% deposit of the original service price when booking the appointment.

What to Wear
Robes and towels are provided for spa services. You may bring a bathing suit for body treatments if you wish. For pedicure treatments, please wear pants that are loose fitting below the knee. Please wear a button down shirt for formal event services. Please no hooded sweatshirts for hair services.

What we need to know
Please advise our staff of any allergies, sensitivities or medication that may interfere with any of our services. If you have any questions concerning your service, please contact us.

Children
Our goal is to ensure all clients enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Please make other arrangements for small children, unless they are receiving a service.

For your comfort
Please turn off you cell phone before entering our salon and day spa.

Payment
We accept cash, check, debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover). All returned checks will be charged a $30 service fee.

Refunds
All refunds for the salon are credit only. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to the recipient. Gift Certificates are available for any amount and may also be purchased by phone or at the reception desk.

They may be used for product or services, but are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates do not expire and are non-replaceable. Gift cards for salon services are a great idea for employee recognitions, incentives, health and well being, as well as gifts for your own clients and customers.
