Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you maybe running behind schedule please call to notify us so we may coordinate to accommodate the late arrival. Due to the high volume of Guests we service, pre-booking your next appointment after your services is HIGHLY recommended to ensure you get your favorite day & time.Gratuities can not be processed on credit card or check transactions. An ATM is available on site if you wish to leave your Stylist a tip. (Fee: $3.00)
* Please note Special Occasion Styles, Brazilian Blow-Out, and Hair Extension appointments will require a credit card to schedule. A NO-SHOW fee of 20% of the scheduled services may be charged if applicable.
