ABOUT BETH & COMPANY:
Beth & Company was founded in 1999 by Beth Davidson. Beth is a nationally certified educator, a certified educator for NCA, a state educator and an advisor to NCCAN, North Carolina's Cosmetology, Aestetics and Nail education board. Beth was also named to Hair America seven times.
Beth has developed a team of ambitious professionals offering quality service and a wonderful salon experience.
Our Clients benefit from having highly trained and qualified specialist to provide all of their salon and spa needs.
EDUCATION:
Beth & Company is committed to personal growth through education. The Beth & Company staff spend many hours per year developing personal skill sets and technical knowledge. Because of our unique relationships with manufacturers and distributors Beth & Company has access to some of the industries leading educators. Often, we are able to host our educational events in the salon. Because of this we often have in excess off 100 hours of education per year.
RISING STAR:
The Rising Stars of Beth & Company are passionate and creative individuals who are starting their careers in the beauty industry. Rising Stars are given the same training and education as more seasoned stylist but have not yet attained the reputation, experience and demand as other stylist.
Rising Stars are transitioned out of the Rising Star program as their experience and demand increases.
