Thank you for choosing Bella Faire Day Spa & Salon. Here are some guidelines you should know before your appointment.
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment in order to allow time to check in and decompress. Out of consideration for other guests, late arrivals do not receive extensions of scheduled appointment times and are responsible for full service fees.
Scheduling
We require a credit card number or gift card number to reserve an appointment. Our therapist work by appointment and this is to ensure that their time is not wasted. However if you do not show for your appointment your card will be charged full price of the service(s).
Cell Phones
We ask that you respect others by turning off your cell phones so that everyone can indulge in their treatment at Bella Faire. Thank you for your kindness in thinking of our guests.
Cancellations
Because our therapists have reserved time especially for you, please provide 24 hours notice for any individual service and 48 hours for spa package cancellation to avoid being charged full price of the service(s).
Gratuities
You may want to leave a gratuity for a job well done by your service provider. The recommended range is between 15%-20% of the service amount, however, the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or check to the service provider.
