Commitment To Service

Avalon Salon takes great pride in the services we perform.  If we feel the condition of the hair is not healthy enough for certain services, Avalon Salon can refuse to perform that service until the hair has reached optimum health and strength.  These requirements will insure better services for all our patrons.  Also at any given time our prices can alter depending on the difficulty of the styles or chemical service.

Appointments

At Avalon Salon, we strive to provide personal services to our clients, and missed appointments impact us,as well as our other clients.  Therefore, we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.  If you fail to give 24 hours notice, we will require a rescheduling fee or a forfeit of future appointments. In the event of another missed appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service.  In addition, clients that are 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient. Please note if you are purchasing a gift certificate for a new massage client, please contact Janet first. Janet is not accepting new clients at the moment.
