Eye Brow Tinting
Brow tint comes in several shades and will bring to life those fine, blonde eyebrows. Brow tint is used to match brows to hair color and to enhance the eyes. Please note that this service requires an eyebrow arch (wax) price to the application of brow tint. This is to achieve a desired shape and fullness.
